The Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is aligned with the “Federal Express Entry system”. It is a faster and greater way for eligible workers to gain permanent residence in British Columbia. The potential candidates must meet the minimum provincial eligibility for one of the following categories under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).

  • Skilled Workers
  • Healthcare Professional
  • International Graduate
  • International Post-Graduate

EEBC – Skilled Worker: The Express Entry BC (EEBC) – Skilled Worker category of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a great way to gain permanent residence in British Columbia. To qualify this program you need to accept the job offer from a BC Employer first and then have a proper training and work experience.

Employee Eligibility: You must have to receive Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry System which shows you have met with the criteria for one of the Express Entry Programs. Below is the list of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry Programs.

 

  • The candidate job should be in the National Occupational Classification (NOC), the matrix as Skill Type 0 or Level A or B
  • The candidate should have at least minimum of 2 years directly related or equivalent work experience.
  • The candidate should meet minimum language requirements
  • Candidate must meet the minimum salary income for the occupation
  • The candidate has to be eligible for a federal economic immigration program

EEBC – Healthcare Professional: The Express Entry BC (EEBC) – Healthcare Professional category of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) helps health professionals, specialists and skilled nurses place your valuable skills to work in the province and obtain permanent residence in BC.

Employee Eligibility: You must have to receive Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry System which shows you have met with the criteria for one of the Express Entry Programs. Below is the list of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry Programs.

 

  • The candidate must have a Full-time job offer from a Public Health Authority in BC as a specialist, physician, nurses, psychiatric nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Must have at least two years directly-related work experience
  • Must have legal immigration status in BC
  • The candidate has to be eligible for a federal economic immigration program
  • Candidate must meet the minimum wage rates for the occupation

EEBC – International Graduate:  The Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) – International Graduate category of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) helps you get permanent residence in British Columbia (BC) if you have graduated from any Canadian university or college within the past three years.

Graduate Eligibility: You must have to receive Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry System which shows you have met with the criteria for one of the Express Entry Programs. Below is the list of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry Programs.

 

  • The candidate must accept the job offer from a BC Employer
  • The candidate job must be in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Type 0 or Level A or B
  • No work experience required, but eligible to work in BC
  • The candidate must have an eligible degree or diploma certificate from a Canadian university or college
  • The candidate should meet minimum language requirements
  • Candidate must meet the minimum salary income for the occupation
  • The candidate has to be eligible for a federal economic immigration program

EEBC – International Post-Graduate:  You don’t need a job offer to get permanent residence in BC for the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) – International Post-Graduate category. But you must have graduated in masters or doctorate in the natural, applied and health sciences.
