Express Entry Skilled Worker: This category is for skilled workers who have been accepted into Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool. The candidate must have a job offer in Newfoundland and Labrador and be set to reside permanently in the province. 80 percent of all Express Entry applicants are to be processed within six months of their application received.

Skilled Worker: This PNP Newfoundland and Labrador stream is designed for skilled individuals who want to immigrate in Newfoundland and Labrador with a guaranteed job offer from an employer located within the province and for immigrants who currently working within the province on a valid work permit can also apply.

International Graduate: This stream is for individuals who have graduated from a post-secondary educational institution in Canada and holding a post-graduate work permit. The candidate must have a job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer can apply for an immigration visa.
