Changes in Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP):
To improve the program and make it simple, fast and fair ANIP comes with two brand new streams
These two new streams replace the old Strategic Recruitment Stream and Employer-Driven Stream.
Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS): Alberta Opportunity Stream provides a pathway to permanent residence in Canada for foreign nationals working across different sectors and industries in Alberta and international students who are graduated from an approved Alberta post-secondary institution.
Alberta Express Entry Stream: Respective immigrants can apply to the Alberta PNP in two ways.
An Express of Interest (EOI) can be sent directly to Alberta Immigration without going through the Express Entry System. If the candidate is nominated through this procedure, he/she can apply for permanent residency through “Express Entry” stream by submitting their date into the platform.
The other option is by creating a “New Express Entry Profile”, by this the respective immigrant get 600 points on Entry score and have high chances of getting permanent immigration visa.
