2. No Legal Advice and No Lawyer–Client / RCIC–Client Relationship
All information on this Platform is provided for general information and marketing purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration or other professional advice. Nothing on this Platform should be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining independent legal advice from a qualified lawyer or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) about your specific situation.
Using this Platform, filling enquiry forms, booking a consultation, making a payment or communicating with us does not create a lawyer–client, RCIC–client or other professional‑client relationship with any Canadian lawyer or RCIC. Such relationships, where applicable, arise only when you sign a separate written retainer agreement directly with that professional.
We do not communicate with IRCC or any immigration authority on your behalf, and we do not act as your authorised representative, unless you have a separate agreement directly with an authorised representative who has agreed to represent you.

discussing program options at a high level and helping you understand publicly stated eligibility criteria;
assisting you to organise documents using public checklists and your own instructions;

We do not represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government authority.
