1. Skilled Worker Manitoba Immigration Stream
a. Manitoba Work Experience Pathway
This stream open for the applicants presently working in Manitoba with temporary work permits, like temporary workers. International graduates of Canadian post-secondary institutions with Post-Graduation Work Permit can also apply .
This stream also considers international graduates who have attended post-secondary educational institutions outside Manitoba and who have at least one year experience working in an in-demand occupation in Manitoba.
Eligibility criterias of Manitoba Work Experience stream
Work Experience
If you are a temporary foreign worker you should minimum 6 month of work experience under Manitoba’s in-demand occupations list
OR
If you studied out-of- Manitoba province you need minimum 12 month of work experience under Mantiobs published in-demand occupation list and it should related to your field of study
OR
If yourwork experience not under the Manitobas in-demand occupations you should minimum 12 month of work experience in manitoba with a an LMIA –supported or LMIA exempt work permit
OR
Graduates of post-secondary institutions in Manitoba in occupations not on Manitoba’s in-demand jobs list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in the province.

Applicants should be staying and/or working in Manitoba province at the time of application;
You should a long-term, full-time job offer that meets Manitoba’s employment and wage standards for the occupation;
In the time of application the applicant employer have to complete minimum three years of preceding and his business should be in Manitoba and it should registered commerical business under the law .

The applicant’s position is not home-based, part-time, temporary, seasonal, or commission-based.

b. Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway
This option will be open for the applicants interviewed by Manitoba employers outside of Canada by the MPNP and an eligible employer and received an Invitation to Apply for a provincial nomination from the MPNP.
The Manitoba Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway came under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream and is available to applicants with firm job offers from approved employers in the province.
All applicants should meet the eligibility requirements for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

Manitoba Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway Eligibility
Work Experience :-
At least two years in the past five years of work experience relevant to the occupation being recruited, or other relevant experience identified by the employer;
OR
Relevant experience identified by the employer if other than 2 years.

Long-term, full-time job offer that meets Manitoba’s employment and wage standards for the occupation;

2. Skilled Worker Overseas Immigration Stream :-
a. Manitoba Express Entry Pathway
(presently operating as the Skilled Worker Overseas – Express Entry Sub-Stream)
This stream is open to Express Entry candidates who are also eligible under another MPNP stream and who meet Express Entry requirements and have an live Express Entry profile. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience in an occupation listed in Manitoba’s In-demand Occupations list and need a strong family connection to Manitoba.
This stream is open to candidates who may be eligible under an MPNP stream, and who also meet Express Entry criteria and have an live Express Entry profile. your close friend of relatives in mantoba should confirmed they will support you minimum one year.
Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination through an Express Entry-aligned stream, also known as an ‘enhanced’ nomination, are awarded 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, which leaves them well-positioned to receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA) for permanent residence in a subsequent Express Entry Draw.
This stream is open to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have experience in a Manitoba In-demand Occupation. This stream may also be open to candidates who are eligible under another MPNP stream.

Education :- You have to completed one post-secondary program of minimum one year ( It should be Canadian equivalent, if your position requires licence or certification you should apply to the requlatory body to have your qualification and skills assessed and /or pass an examination
Age :- Your Age Should at least 18 at time of submission
Adaptability : you have to Demonstrate the ability and intent to become economically established and live in Manitoba; and one of your Close friend or relative in manitoba have to confirmed they will supoort you minimum one year .

Hold a valid Invitation to Apply issued by the MPNP.

This stream is open for the foreign skilled workers who have the experience in Manitoba’s In-demand Occupations, and who demonstrate the ability to potentially establish themselves by building strong labour market connections to those occupations.
Human Capital Pathway Eligibility Requirements

3. Manitoba Business Investor Stream
a. Manitoba Farm Investor Pathway
The Farm Investor stream is part of Manitoba’s Business Investor Stream and it help individuals having farm business experience and sufficient capital to immigrate in order to establish and operate a farm in the province.
We can call Manitoab as a capital of Canada’s Farm-land, around 13% Canada’s farmland is situvated in Manitoba, mainly in southern Manitoba. Successful FIP applicants are expected to establish a farm business in rural Manitoba producing primary products consistent with the province’s present farm industry. The type of operation and investment must correlate with provincial statistics and be relevant to Manitoba’s farm industry.
Applicants to the Farm Investor Pathway should be eligible to apply to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Manitoba Farm Investor Pathway Eligibility Criteria
Experience in Farm Business :- You have at-least three years farm business management or farm ownership and operation experience supported by verifiable documents.
Languages Skills :- Your language skills are a important adapatablity skill and it increase your chances , your skills either any of Canadas two official language. Your FIP Interviews will conduct either French or English
Business Investment for the Farm : – You have to invest a minimum $ 300,000 for establish a farming business in Manitoba rural.
Your Farm business investments should be in eligible tangible assets as defined by the MPNP.
You need a farm business plan is required and is an integral part of the application.
Investments into a farm business operated primarily for the purposes of deriving passive investment income or speculative purposes are not eligible.
Farm Business Research Visit :- You should Visit Manitoba for a Farm Business Research.
Farm Business Activities :- Your farm business entity should have ongoing and recurring business activities in rural Manitoba.
You are required to live on the farm and actively participate in the management of the farm business on an ongoing basis from within Manitoba.
The farm business should be in active primary agriculture production and economically viable.
The MPNP need you have to conduct value-added farm business activities in Manitoba. Clearely speculative activities or the use of third-party farm managers are not eligible under the MPNP.
The Economic Establishment Adaptability :- Applicants must demonstrate adaptability, specifically relating to practical farming skills, technical knowledge and experience in technological based farming practices that will transfer directly to Manitoba’s current primary farm production industry.
Net Worth Requirments :You need At least $500,000.
The FIP retains the option to have personal net worth verified by a third party supplier approved by the MPNP.
If optioned, the verification report along with the application should be submitted to the MPNP within 120 days of receiving Invitation to Apply.
b. Manitoba Entrepreneur Pathway
The Entrepreneur stream is a main part of the Manitoba Business Investor Stream. With this stream , Manitoba can recruit and nominate qualified business professionals from across globe who have the intention and financial capacity to move to the province and start or buy a business or create a partnership with an existing business in Manitoba.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Entrepreneur Pathway is connected to the province’s Expression of Interest (EOI) pool. Eligible candidates make their EOI by creating an online profile, which is assigned a score based on the answers provided in the Self-Assesment form.
Manitoba Entrepreneur Pathway Eligibility Criteria
Business Experience :- You need a Minimum three out of five years experience as an active business owner or senior management in a successful business.
Business owners are given higher points in comparison to senior managers.
Business owners should have minimum 33 1/3% ownership to qualify for points.
Official Languages Proficiency :- You needminimum CLB 5.
Education :- You needMinimum Canadian high school certificate equivalent.
Age :- There isno minimum or maximum age; however, ranking points are allocated to candidates 25 to 49 years of age.
Business Investment : You need aMinimum investment is $250,000 for businesses located in the Manitoba Capital Region.
Minimum investment is $150,000 if a business is located outside of the Manitoba Capital Region.
Your business investment should be made in an eligible business as defined by the MPNP.
Your proposed business should create or maintain minimum one job for a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in Manitoba (excluding owners of the business and/or their close relatives).
Business Research Visit
You need a business plan and it’s a major part of the application.
A Business Research Visit allows the applicant to conduct extensive research on their future business investment or proposal.
The Business Research Visit shuld be conducted no more than one year prior to the submission of an EOI.
Adaptability factors
Points will be allocated if:
- Your spouse has CLB 5 or higher.
- You or spouse have CLB 5 or higher in the second official language.
- You or spouse or common-law partner have a close relative currently residing in Manitoba for more than one year.
- You has a child enrolled in an accredited Manitoba educational institution and is actively pursuing academic, professional or vocational training on a full-time basis for minimum six months prior to the date of submission of EOI; and/or
- You or accompanying spouse or common-law partner have completed a program of full-time study for minimum one year at a post-secondary institution in Manitoba. An applicant or his or her accompanying spouse or common-law partner should have done this after applicant turned 17 years old and hava a valid study permit.
- You or accompanying spouse or common-law partner have completed minimum six months of continuous full-time employment in Manitoba. A letter of reference from the employer and a copy of the work permit should be provided.
Net Worth :- Minimum of $500,000
Personal net worth will be verified by a third-party supplier approved by the MPNP. A verification report, along with the application, should be submitted to the MPNP within 120 days of receiving a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA).
Business Performance Agreement :- After your application is approved, a Business Performance Agreement (BPA) should be signed prior to the MPNP issuing an applicant a letter of support for applying for a work permit.
4. Morden Community Driven Immigration Initiative - through the MPNP
This is a special Intiative for Immigrate to Manitoba through Morden Community Driven Immigration, this is a rural town located approx 113 km southwest of Winnipeg, is actively selecting new immigrants in cetain occupations, Immigration to Morden is conducted through the MPNP.
Successful applicants and their dependent family members can become permanent residents of Canada. Morden, Manitoba is a city approx 113 km southwest of Winnipeg with a population of around 9,500.
Minimum Requirements for the programe
The Morden immigration stream working with local employers to identify these targeted occupations and full filling local labour market needs. Applicants should fall within one of the following targeted occupations:
- Welders;
- Carpenters;
- Cooks; and
- Plumbers/Pipefitters.
In order to be eligible to apply for the Morden immigration initiative as a welder –
- Your age should be between 21 and 45 years of age;
- You don’t have other connection to other parts of Canada (i.e. through friends, relatives, or previous employment or education);
- You need to complete a post-secondary education or training program of at least one-year duration, for which they received a diploma, certificate, or degree;
- You need to pass a General IELTS test with a minimum score of five in each band;
- You need a genuine intention and ability to economically establish themselves and settle in Morden; and
- You need settlement funds as required by MPNP ($10,000 for the Principal Applicant and $2,000 for each dependent). This is in addition to any funds needed for exploratory visit expenses; and
- Have two (2) years of recent work experience in welding and commercial or residential carpentry.
For all other occupations –
- Your age should between 21 and 45 years of age;
- You don’t have other connection to other parts of Canada (i.e. through friends, relatives, or previous employment or education);
- You need to complete a post-secondary education or training program of at least one-year duration, for which they received a diploma, certificate, or degree;
- You need a settlement funds as required by MPNP ($10,000 for the Principal Applicant and $2,000 for each dependent). This is in addition to any funds needed for exploratory visit expenses; and
- You need a genuine intention and ability to economically establish themselves and settle in Morden;
- You need a federal express entry profile which will require a CLB language score of 7 and post-secondary education that is supported with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
- You need two (2) years of recent work experience over the last 5 years in their target occupation.
This Immigration stream is suitable for the candidates who interested and having a experience in living a rural place, he have the ability to adapt new culture and climate changes, applicants who meeting the criteria and have been selected as potential immigrants to Morden under the stream will be need to make an exploratory visit to the place. The major purpose of this visit is to pass the MPNP interview, establishing local contacts and searching employment options are increase your chances.
The MPNP need the candidate make sure he or she meets all minimum eligibility criteria at the time of the exploratory visit. It is also the responsibility of the applicant to maintain no connections throughout their application and until their arrival outside of Morden and in other areas of Canada. It means that if a friend or family connection moved outside Morden, the application will be reassessed by Morden’s Selection Committee to reevaluate Morden’s continued support of the application.

The following steps give you an overview of the application steps, for apply and come to canada under this stream applicant may
- Step 1: Determine his or her eligibility (requirements above).
- Step 2: MCDII will only be accepting applications from those who have an live Express Entry profile (with the exception of Welders and Carpenters).
- Step 3: You have to Submit an application (include Federal Express Entry number, if applicable). Candidates should have the following items in order to apply:
- Application form;
- C.V. or resume for the principal applicant and spouse;
- Copy of passport;
- IELTS result; and
- Proof of Settlement Funds (scan of bank statement and/or property valuation ).
- Step 4: If you selected, he or she will be given an invitation to come for an exploratory visit.
- Step 5:During the exploratory visit, the applicant will research Morden and prepare for his or her interview with an MPNP officer at the end of the visit.
- Step 6:If after the interview with the MPNP officer, the officer deems the individual is a good fit for MCDII and MPNP, he or she will be given an invitation to apply for MPNP.
- Step 7: The applicant may apply online for provincial nomination through the MPNP. This is usually done after he or she returns home from the exploratory visit.
- Step 8:If, after the applicant is reviewed by MPNP, it is determined that he or she meets all minimum qualifications of MPNP, he or she will be given a Nomination Letter from the MPNP.
- Step 9: Using this Nomination Letter, the individual may apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC, formerly CIC) as a provincial nominee.
- Step 10:IRCC will do further review, like medicals and criminal record checks.
- Step 11:Once the applicant receives Permanent Residence Visas, he or she can make arrangements to move to Morden, along with their accompanying family members.
5. International Education Stream :-
The new International Education Stream (IES) is help Manitoba graduates who meet the industry needs with faster pathways to permanent residence..
Graduate Internship Pathway
This stream for the international students with a master’s degree or doctoral degree from a Manitoba post-secondary institution who are registered in internships that contribute to innovation in the province. Graduates who have completed an Accelerate or Elevate internship with Mitacs in Manitoba may apply to the program immediately upon graduation, with or without a job offer.
Note: The MPNP need the graduates interested in applying under the Graduate Internship stream to attend an information session before submitting an Expression of Interest to the MPNP.
Eligibility Requirements for the Graduate Internship Pathway
Education :- Applicant should Complete a master’s or doctoral degree program in Manitoba within the last 3 years
Official Languages skills :- You need aMinimum CLB 7
Current Employment in Manitoba :-If the candiate completed a master’s or doctoral program in Manitoba with a completed Mitacs Elevate or Accelerate internship (including Accelerate Entrepreneur) with eligible industry and research enterprises in Manitoba, the candiate not need a job offer at the time of application.
Settlement Funds :- Applicant should demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements for independent financial resources for a six-month period.
OR
Applicant should be employed in a full-time, long-term position in Manitoba.
Adaptability :- Applicant should be residing in Manitoba at the time of application. Applicant need to show the intent to continue to reside in Manitoba after the nomination, including the submission of a Career Employment Plan demonstrating opportunities for a successful career track in Manitoba.
Career Employment Pathway
This stream prioritizes international graduates who find long-term employment in Manitoba in an in-demand occupation that aligns with their educational credentials and training.
Eligibility Requirements for the Career Employment Pathway
Education :- You need toGraduated in the past 3 years from a designated post-secondary institution (minimum one year, two semesters, full-time coursework);
Official Languages skills :- you need aMinimum CLB 7
Current Employment in Manitoba
You need a full-time job offer from an eligible current employer, with at least 1-year contract on Manitoba’s published In-Demand Occupations list that is consistent with the applicant’s completed training.
The applicant must be working full-time in Manitoba at the time their application is assessed.
Note:
- The MPNP may impose program or occupation-specific limits.
- Graduates of Manitoba Degree programs qualify provided they have a job offer in any NOC 0, A, B on the MPNP’s in-demand occupations list
Settlement Funds
The applicant should demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements for independent financial resources for a six-month period.
OR
The applicant should be employed in a full-time, long-term position in Manitoba
Adaptability
Applicants should be residing in Manitoba at the time of application.
They need to show the intent to continue to reside in Manitoba after the nomination, including the submission of a Career Employment Plan demonstrating opportunities for a successful career track in Manitoba.
Manitoba – International Student Entrepreneur Pilot
Each year up to 20 international students who have graduated in Manitoba have the opportunity to pursue and start a business in Manitoba on a temporary work permit. Once the applicant meets the conditions of their Business Performance Agreement, the applicant will be nominated by Manitoba for Canadian permanent residence.
All interested applicants should first attend an information session prior to submitting any forms to the MPNP.
Eligibility Requirements for the Student Entrepreneur Pathway
Business Experience :- you need a business plan its required as part of the application to MPNP.
The applicant should operate the business as a senior manager on a daily basis from the place of business in Manitoba for a minimum 6 months prior to nomination while on a valid temporary work permit, consistent with the requirements of the Business Performance Agreement (BPA).
Your Business equity ownership of at least 51%.
Official Languages skils :- You need aMinimum CLB 7 (For this stream only, IELTS – Academic is accepted in addition to other language proficiency tests)
Education :- You need toComplete a full-time post-secondary program in Manitoba that is at least two (2) years in duration. (distance learning or compressed academic programs are not eligible)
Studies and/or work/business experience outside of Canada will be considered as beneficial but not are not an eligibility requirement
Age :- Your age should be bitween21-35
Adaptability :- Applicant must:
- You need a valid open work permit or post-graduation work permit (PGWP) at the time of application;
- You need continuously resided in MB since graduation; and
- You need to Show intent to continue to reside in MB after the nomination.
Net Worth / Settlement Funds :- A deposit is not required.
Minimum net worth is not an eligibility criterion; however, net worth/ source of funds will be considered for the purpose of evaluating the potential to successfully execute the business plan.
The applicant should demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements for independent financial resources for a six-month period.
Personal net worth will be verified by a third-party supplier approved by the MPNP. A verification report, along with the application, should be submitted to the MPNP within 120 days of receiving the LAA.
Business Performance Agreement :- After an application is approved, a Business Performance Agreement (BPA) should be signed prior to the MPNP issuing the applicant a letter of support for applying for a temporary work permit.
