This Intra company transfer designed to facilitate the transfer of employees from a foreign-based company to its parent company, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate in Canada.

Work permits under the Intra-company transfers are exempt from taking a Labour market Impact Assessment ( LMIA ), please note: all employers and worker are must follow the same regulations of temporary work and TRV if applicable.

All the applicants should meet the eligibility requirements as below

• You have worked for a foreign company for a minimum one year on a full-time basis and it’s must be same position similar to the position they will be entering at the Canadian company.
• You held a specialized knowledge position or a senior or managerial position
• You have been offered a position with a Canadian branch, affiliate or subsidiary/parent of the foreign company
• Executives, Senior Managers, Functional managers, specialized knowledge person are the only eligible positions under this category.
